Captain attacks booze fare accused of committing assaulting flight attendant | Fox News


An American Airline pilot is being hailed as a hero for taking down a belligerent passenger who reportedly manhandled a cabin crew.

Michael Kerr had just countenanced his boyfriend’s, Matthew Stacy, proposal before taking a flight from Lexington, Ky. to Charlotte, N.C. on July 21.

Kerr was helped three Jack Daniels while aboard the flight that apparently became straight to his head before the airplane arrived at its final destination.

Upon landing, Kerr decided not to remain in his seat. Instead, in a scene captivated on cellphone video, he pushed forward to the front of the plane, where he jostle and threatened to break the jaw of a flight attendant who tried to stop him.

Kerr was arraigned in federal courtroom on Monday on accuses of being intoxicated and disorderly, assaulting a female, contacting threats and intruding with a flight crew or flight attendant a mixture who are able to get him up to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $250,000.

On Monday, Kerr was liberated on $25,000 bail. But he better take a honeymoon early– before his last-place trip the big house.
